Prayer at Coast Vineyard

For us, prayer is opening our hearts, attitudes, and behaviors to God and asking him to move in, have his way, and make things whole again. It’s a conversation with the living God. Our goal is to reflect the teaching and practice of Jesus when it comes to prayer: simplicity, humility and confidence in our Father who welcomes us to “come before His throne of grace with boldness that we may receive mercy and grace to help us in our time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)

Mission Statement

Our purpose in praying for people is to minister God’s love and healing. Our strategy is inviting God (as Father, Son and Holy Spirit) to lead the ministry times. We seek first his kingdom and direction before adding our own thoughts or opinions. We value authentic communication with God, and each other. Our behavioral standards reflect maturity in words and actions. We keep prayer concerns completely private unless specified otherwise by persons receving prayer. We are careful to respect physical boundaries when praying for people.
